Our position at Netlify is simple:

You own your content.

We use non-identifying Service Data only to operate and improve the platform for you.

We do not sell your code or content.

We do not use your content to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

We’ve clarified [our policies](https://www.netlify.com/privacy/) to remove any ambiguity and reflect how we’ve always operated.

Your data is yours, we’re here to protect it so you can keep building.
